Red stag hunting 31+ mi2 private in the Cordoba Province of Argentina on horseback is truly something amazing.
The sure-footed Argentina horses are quiet and well trained. Riding throughout this emence mountain country in very comfortable Argentine saddles provide unbeatable access and a unique hunting experience. Most closely compared to western big-game hunting for mule deer and elk.
You will ride out directly from the lodge and be in game the entire day as you pick your way through the valleys and saddles as you check in each draw for the perfect trophy. The professional guides and horsemen know this large private 31+ mi2 ranch by heart.
These rocky Argentine mountains are cut with deep valleys, amazing ravines and two rivers making this a challenging hunt with magnificent scenery. It's an incredible eco-system for red stag, with hunters typically see multiple red stags and fallow deer everyday as they are very abundant and hunted February - July.
Water buffalo are also very plentiful and can weigh close to a ton, making this a very exciting hunting memory. The water buffalo and several species of sheep, including mouflon, Scottish blackface and multi-horn and feral goats abound and my be hunted year-round. Few lucky hunters also find black buck antelope and wild boar.
Two large rivers flow across the ranch and are filled with rainbow trout, fishing the innumerable pools that can be found in the rivers is a really unforgettable experience in itself.
Right in the heart of the hunting area is their world-class lodge that offers all the comforts of home including spacious, warm rooms, large living room with big cozy fireplace, quite reading room, game room, full bars and satellite TV.
Three private rooms with magnificent views to enjoy are fully equipped with king-size beds, private bathrooms, Jacuzzi bath tubs and daily maid service.
Delicious meals made by their international chef feature wild game and traditional barbecue (Asado Argenitno).
Their wine cellar is full of the best Argentine red and white wines, here you will taste and enjoy and explanation of the different kinds of grapes grown in Argentina.
